Event : Show Us What You're Working With
Challenge : Pork Chop
Objective : Lumberjack Skills (30) in the Warthog
Reward : 120,000CR
Timeframe : April 21st-24th 2017
Firstly, I'd like to start with a weekly reminder... Loyalty Credits! (-> Forza Hub)
Forza Hub Rewards! This Friday April 21st is 'payday'.
Or at least, that's how I like to call it.
You get Credits throughout several Forza games (Forza Motorsport & Forza Horizon) as a reward for your loyalty to the Forza series.
The more of these games you have played/completed, the higher the Tier you'll be, and thus the better the reward you will get.
All you need to do, is load up the Forza Hub which is available as an App on the X1 or can be accessed throughout the in-game's menu.
Now onto the challenge...
ObjectiveAlright... You perform a
Lumberjack Skill by
"wrecking" some sort of a greyish dried
tree stump or greyish dried
tree branch (see vid)
To unlock this challenge, you have to perform
30 of these
Lumberjack skills and must be done in a
specific car.
Oh, and should you succeed in losing your combo multiplier somehow, that's OK. As soon as you perform a lumberjack, the challenge tracker should progress even without 'banking' the skill.
CarsWell, there is only 1 car in which this challenge should be done, and that's the
Warthog.
You
cannot buy this car from the Autoshow!
So be sure to check the
Auction House!-> Search for the make AMG Transport Dynamics (thanks
Blissed Away for pointing this out!)
There were 3 ways in the past (that I know of!) where you get this Warthog for free:
- One Warthog was given free to some gamers for their loyalty to some Microsoft titles (*cough* Halo) (that's how I got mine)
- And two were given as a reward for completing these challenges:
!!!! EDIT !!!!But, it looks like you
won't have to spend any money on getting a Warthog after all !!! (unless you want one in your garage/collection).
I discovered today to my great surprise, when I wanted to create a Blueprint, that the Devs have already added a
new official FH3 Bucket List Blueprint called "
Lumbering Through" nearby the location I suggested (see hereunder).
LocationYou can find these dried out tree stumps / branches occasionally here and there across the map, but there's actually a nice spot in
Dry Reservoir where you can easily rack up these Lumberjack skills (see vid).
And by just driving circles you'll notice that these tree stumps re-spawn after a bit.
