You don't even have to go very far outside of the Horizon Festival to get this done. No specific car is detailed in the challenge so pick your favorite and start driving.
A 'One Eighty' skill is where you drive straight and then quickly turn the car around and head back the direction you were just driving. Sometimes it can take a bit of over steer to make it work but it shouldn't be too hard with enough speed and utilizing the brake
or handbrake

Only takes around 2 minutes to do. You don't necessarily have to bank the skill chain for it to count. As shown I get it after running into a truck and lose my skill chain and it still pops.
