How to unlock the Goodbye Dolly! achievement

This achievement is awarded for defeating "Dolly", a rather unsettling doll boss.

The fight takes place in a toy world, with her positioned on a small island in the middle of it.

She will continually fire "heat seeking poodles" at you (there's a phrase I didn't think I'd ever use!) whilst you are at distance from her, but there is plenty of cover available with the model houses and other scenery. If you try to attack her directly, she will shoot bullets at you all the time you are on her little island. There is no need to approach her directly, as you cannot harm her in the traditional "punch the boss" way.

There are three switches located around the toy world. One in the mountain area, one in the desert type area and one up in the spooky looking castle. You can locate them fairly easily by the sparkling light that is above each one of them.
You will need to flick each switch separately, and each time you do, 2 trains will emerge from the tunnels, heading towards each other. The camera will then point towards a grey pad with a red image of Vince on it, approximately directly opposite the switch you have just flicked.
You must now run across and stand on the pad before the trains get there, so that they crush Vince between them, damaging Dolly each time. The timing is quite tight, so make sure you take the most direct line across to the pad.
If you don't make it, the switch will simply reset after the trains crash and you can try again.

After all three switches have been flicked, and Vince crushed three times, the sweet sound of the achievement popping will be your reward.

    Good Luck!

OverIoadThis did not unlock for me on my playthrough of the game.
It unlocked after beating Dolly again using the chapter replay option (load save game menu).
