Build a Biodome and plant vegetables, just wait for them to produce more vegetables, some are fast growing but also need more maintenance from the biologists.
Eventually you'll get this achievement, just go for the 100 / 350 colonist or the 1000 coins achievements and you'll get 20 vegetable ressources in your storage, just remember to have as many biologists as you can.
