You need to get you main profile level (the one on your character card) up to level 35. You'll gain profile levels automatically while doing other achievements, so save this one for last.

You'll be using the same method as with my
Injustice 2Master Of All TradesThe Master Of All Trades achievement in Injustice 2 worth 612 pointsReach level 20 with all characters
solution, but focusing on Profile XP Gain gear then largest stat gear over all other gear to speed things up as much as possible.

The easiest way to earn this achievement is to sim games at 4x speed. You'll want to go to Multiplayer->AI Battle Simulator.

Put the two characters with the most Profile XP Gain gear in the first two slots, with the third slot wearing as much Profile XP gain gear as possible just in case someone loses a round.

NOTE: Make sure you press cn_back twice during the loading screen to speed things up 4 times normal speed.

    For best results:

Set up an alt XBOX Live account with 3 level 1 AI Defenders without gear that are bad match-ups against the characters you're using in your Profile XP Gain team. Friend that account. Spar with that friend for fastest, easiest games.

BastiaenPlease, don't encourage people to run battle sim for xp. The xp gains are minimal at best, and while they require very little effort, they are more useful for character level than overall level. You can easily reach level 35 by completing both branches of the story, playing a few ranked matches, and completing just a few multiverse events. There is no need to grind profile level.

WoozleWozzleThe first line suggests that people do this last as they'll almost certainly get to level 35 doing the other achievements. Allso, grinding XP for any game is always about the amount of XP per minute and XP per amount of effort, so it doesn't matter if you can do a 5 minute ranked match or spend half an hour in the multiverse to gain more, if my 1 second match gets me more per minute while working on achievements for another game on my tablet or laptop.

GrislyGrizzlyHaha that's what I'm going to do today too, but I'm running AI Loadouts in the Multiverse while I work on Event-full/Pulling Overtime.

ShikIf you set up an account for an achievement that is sad. Subtract the points from your score. I don't understand people cheating for points. You earn nothing from points so why ruin it by taking it. If it's too much of a grind and you don't have time I understand as I don't have much time these days. Just don't earn it. If you have more points then I do but you didn't earn it then it's meaningless

    OhioGeneralIs this achievement glitched?
I just hit level 35 and it didn’t pop.
I’ve done online king of the hills, story, battle AIs, and vs another controller in Versus to unlock majority of the characters achievements. Idk if something prevented this but it didn’t pop?
