Just like the Horizon Hardcore achievement for the base game and the Mountain Mastery achievement for the Blizzard Mountain Expansion you need to start and complete a championship from the 27 route locations on the Hot Wheels map as well as the Goliath Event, so you need to complete 28 championships in total.

As is usual for Forza Horizon 3 take advantage of the Championship Blueprint system and setup the events to your liking (weather, time of day, remove the long point to point races and use 1 lap circuit races, etc...), new to the Hot Wheels Expansion are interchangeable stunts on each of the routes, most events will have 1 or 2 changeable stunts but for longer events like Goliath there may be more non-changeable stunts, obviously the easiest and quickest stunt is the Boost Jump where you boost through a ring of fire, it is available at almost every interchangeable stunt option but I believe their was one or two times I couldn't use it for some reason.

One good thing about the championships is that you aren't limited to the class restrictions of each route, those only apply to the exhibition races, so you can use whatever car you like and if you are grinding this achievement I would recommend your fastest and easiest to drive car.

I found that the two circuit races at the top of the Thrill City Island (which is in the bottom left of the map) to be the shortest, they are the Half-Pipe Climb & Half-Pipe Speedway routes, they are the same route but in opposite direction and in my Centenario with the Boost Jump stunt I could complete these in around 1 minutes each.

J ROLLER 1979I have finished all the races, but the championships are locked. How do you unlock them?

TNT TrickerLike Wyyvern said, you can play the Blueprints from friends, but as Xbox Live lets you "follow" someone even if it is not your friend, you can follow Wyyvern itself to play his Blueprints. At this moment I'm playing his Blueprints to finish the Exhbition races and the next step is Hot Wheels, so it's a good method to save time... Just saying...

Thanks for the blue prints. They're very helpful.

drainedvitalityJust finished this one. I've created blueprints using the shortest tracks available for each championship. If you're feeling a little lazy, add me on xbl and use the blueprints I've created :)

AphroDynamicOverall I'd say this took me roughly four hours from 0-28 championships with the above methods. Big thanks to GameSoldSep and GameGod03. Feel like your blueprints probably saved me at least an hour overall!

planchetflawIf you seem stuck at 96% then go to map, LB, Filter so it only shows New. Then select the big race shield top/middle of the map. That 6-10 minute race also has a championship tied to it. So that gives you 4%. I believe it is called the Goliath.
