If you helped
Mikhaila by giving her the
booster shots, she will give you a side mission to find out what happened to her father. This will start a mission called "
Whistleblower" which mainly takes place in the
Crew Quarters but ends in the
Cargo Bay and will start another mission that takes place in
Deep Storage.
You will enter
Deep Storage and access your lab computer. You'll be given two choices, the first being to
send the information to her and the second being
deleting it. Send it to her and return to your office and listen to it with her, the achievement/trophy will pop.
