How to unlock the The beginning of the end achievement

    An unmissable story achievement, you earn this in completing the first section of the chapter after Zoë comes out of the coma.

    Keep walking down the path until you come to a little girl sitting on a bed.

    Talk to the girl about the monster in the closet
    Use "mind" on the girl.
    Use "light" under the bed and get the flashlight.
    Use "time" on the monster in the closet then shine the flashlight on it to make it disappear.
    Talk to guy standing by the fire.

    After returning to your room, change the medicine drip by clicking on the machine, once you are able to make a choice, use "time" on the machine. Use "time" and then use "mind" on your body.

    Not really a "guide", but a forewarning:

    There are many achievements - including the story-based like this one - that might not unlock no matter how many times you reload a checkpoint.

    During my playthrough I found that properly exiting the game via the Xbox menu, launching it again, and taking another shot at the stubborn achievement virtually always solves the issue. *

    * With the exception of the "Not So Dirty Dancing" cheevo for which I posted a comment.

    Also note that at least one achievement - "Makoya!" - might unlock silently.

    Unmissable.
    Simply follow Zoe's prologue and escape in to your body at the end to unlock the achievement
    Showing only comment.
    Streak LeaderJust did this and no achievement. Quit the game and it loaded me back at the checkpoint to finish the prologue off again and still nothing.
