This achievement is unlocked for upgrading your rig. This increases the available implant slots from 8 to 12 so it is highly recommend you acquire this.
Location Cental Production B second visit. The upgrade you require is at the end of Circulation Tower and near the beginning of Builder Service Access.
On your second visit to this area. You will be required to access an area which involves fighting enemies on several flights of narrow stairs with green turbines in the background. Proceed to the very top flight.
If you gave Irina a staff you will see her.
Take an immediate right after passing the door Irina is standing beside and prepare for battle their are 3 or 4 enemies. Dispatch them Then smash the glass display case and retrieve the rig. Install the rig on your return to medbay for the achievement.
Here is a video I had already collected the rig but I retraced the location. On a side note the same room has a door you can open with your drone. This will take you out to the vending machines.
