  This can also be achieved fairly easily during the Mole Knight battle using the upgraded Barrier Lantern. You are immune to all damage except for the blocks that he throws at you, meaning you can just stand still as he flies through your flames.

  I recommend Doing this on King Knight's level. What I did was use the Raiment of Risk So that my Magic would refill during the fight. To activate the Raiment of Risk Just destroy the check point before the boss fight. Once your in the boss fight throw your the Skeleton sniper and line it up with King Knight. You magic is refilling so If you need health use the Skull to regain it. Shouldn't take more than 3 Sniper's to take him out. Hope this helps .
