Call the plumber achievement in Get Even

This achievement is unlocked during the ADS Heist memory.

From the beginning, follow the path forward and then left. Go past the pipes and turn right. When you get to a turning (left/right), turn right and use your scanner on the pipes. This will remove them. Follow the path round until you get to the pipe puzzle. Turn the valves as required using the heat detection app on your phone until the pipes turn entirely blue. Once they're all blue, duck into a gap just to the right of the pipes to progress.

WARNING: You must complete the puzzle and continue as above. You can also progress by shooting a lock on a gate just to the right of the gap to bypass the puzzle - this will NOT trigger this achievement so ensure you go through the gap instead of taking this method. Thanks to Erathia96 for this information.

You will then go into a repetitive loop of opening doors and trying out the corner gun. Follow the corner gun tutorial until you exit the door and you will end up in the ADS building.

Progress through the car park (stealthily or not - your choice as it will not affect this achievement) and call the lift. This will take you into the building. From here, continue up and use the next lift. From this floor, as you move forward, the guards will complain about the plumbing not working. At this point, the achievement will unlock.

So I just played this mission 3 times in Stealth and it never unlocks. I turn the required valves so that the main one turns blue. But no one I've crouched by has mentioned anything about this in the parking lot, and after the 2nd Elevator where the two guards are close together, one of them keeps saying something about the guards downstairs hearing gunshots and to stay sharp even though I never fired a shot.

Amazing.

You should turn all pipes until they go blue then when you exit the second elevator, the two guards should talk about a mess downstairs and to clean it.

To test a new theory, when you get to the doors before entering the parking lot, don't enter and instead turn right and go through the secret tunnel by scanning it. A guard will finish going to the restroom and exit. Progress through until you get out of the second elevator after this - this may also help to trigger the dialogue.

I found out what to do the hard way. I tried this mission at least 5 times.

After you turn all the pipes until they go blue DON'T shoot the lock on the gate to go through.
Instead there is a way you can crouch next to the gate.

I didn't go stealth in the parking lot, so for me the solution was to avoid shooting the lock on the gate.

That's what I do so the big "main" one is blue.

I believe it was indeed the shooting of the padlock that was voiding the cheevo. On my 2nd playthrough I crouched through the gap that is to the left of the gate door and after the 2nd Elevator the two guards talked about the "mess" caused by the pipes being tempered with and I finally got the cheevo.
