  For this achievement, you must have first unlocked the following achievement:
  

  The Secret Achievement achievement in Get Even worth 32 pointsContinue playing to unlock this secret achievement

  
  
  If you have not unlocked this, go back to the ADS heist mission and unlock this first. I have written a guide on how to do this.
  
  If you have unlocked this, then when you have just completed Jasper's Final Minutes, you will be in Building C. Progress slightly and you will see Boyce on your left, who asks for a crowbar. The crowbar will be just behind you. Pass this to him and the achievement will unlock by itself towards the end of Building C

  You might want to point out the you need to find the one on the left as the level starts (that has a diary behind it) and the one where you can stealth take down the psycho in his cell towards the end.
  It wouldn't pop til I had used both.

  I believe you only have to find the grate where you can stealth take down the prisoner - the other one is not needed for this achievement but is useful because it contains a collectable.

  The collectable isn't actually needed, I got the collectable achievement without it. But ot wouldn't spawn til I had entered that room and the one with the psycho in it. I don't know why. Maybe a bit buggy.

  I had this achievement not unlock for me. I got the survivor syndrome achievement, gave the guy the crowbar but the grates were not open in building C part 3.
  
  I replayed the level when you give the guy the crowbar because I remembered as soon as I gave it to him I left immediately. When I replayed the level I stayed around for him to say something and watched him leave. This seemed to do the trick when I went back to building C part 3.
