This achievement is currently unobtainable. There is an active bug report filed with Mojang in which their test team verified that it is currently broken:
https://bugs.mojang.com/browse/MCPE-22338

This is now confirmed unlockable as of September 1st, 2017.

It's a little weird that the ticket is still open and no update was pushed to the App Store, though...
