  I did this on the very first Time Attack challenge in the Welcome to Joyride chapter (3rd overall challenge). I collected all of the green time bonuses on the first lap except for two spots where the track splits. Take the high road on one lap over the containers and up the ramp at the end and stay on the ground on the next lap and you can have all green time bonuses collected by the end of the second lap. Then just complete the third lap as fast as possible, making sure not to hit any of the red penalty markers at any point during the race and if you beat the gold time the achievement is yours.
  
  Staying on the ground for the end section seemed to be faster to me. Just stay to the left and go through the container again even though you already collected the green items because it's easier to avoid the red markers going that way.
  
  When I finished this I was 8-10 seconds under the gold time so there is plenty of room for mistakes. Just don't hit any of the red markers, make sure you get all the green markers, and try to race as fast as possible. The course is short and easy to remember so after a few attempts you should get it no problem once you learn where all the green items are. You can use any assists you like to make it easier for you as well.

  Dunno if it was a glitch but I did this on the very first event "Welcome to joyride Challenge 1". There are no penalty signs and the achievement still counts.. In fact its alot easier because there's only 1 lap. just make sure you hit all 85 blocks and obviously get gold and should pop.

  Excellent method and pretty easy this way, after one attempt as a sighter i was about 7 seconds under the gold time so it's not particularly difficult

  I did this on the 1st Time Attack challenge on the 3rd overall challenge in the Welcome to Joyride chapter. Hope this video helps anyone stuck.

  This is a perfect guide. I was worried I'd be unable to get this achievement as the other time attacks I did the best I got was a borderline silver. Using this route I actually missed 5 green tokens and crashed twice yet still had 3 seconds to spare by the end on my very first try!
