Edit: To make things faster, instead of going back to the menu you can save just in front of the villager before starting to trade. Quit and reload if he doesn't have the book.
Thanks to Leo Ascendent and Tanelorn82 for the solution

I used this video 'cause it's the best method I found and don't need to search for seeds, it's in the tutorial world

All credit for the video is for Indecisive Prophecy

Brett Evans15Mine too. I use exit without saving for a couple of times probably like 30-45 minutes before I finally got Frost Walker. Thanks to the villagers in Minecraft for me in this game. And finally, I got Let It Go! Achievement. Thanks!

If you're reading this, chances are you've read the other guides above and already know you'll have to keep trading with villagers to get frost walker (this cannot be obtained via enchanting). If you're in the tutorial world, and you've already spent the hour to get this book (unless you're lucky and got it early on) you'll be looking for one of the small spots in which this game considers deep ocean. The location that I received this achievement was at approximately 170, 64, 160. Once you arrive here, walk around on the water a bit and this achievement should pop. This water happens to go down to y 37, which I guess is good enough to be considered deep ocean.
