This is much faster to earn than you may think.

    Skirmish:
    - Any map
    - Deathmatch
    - Starting Supply and Power: 9,999
    - Unit ability cooldown: 200%
    - Fog of War: off
    - Skulls: Emperor (any others you want)
    - 1 Easy or Normal AI difficulty (I chose Cutter)

Just build up your bases on your half of the map and leave the enemy alone. Have an army to defend, and have an Arbiter to chip away at the air unit kills in the process. Destroying one base and retreating may help speed up the setup for this.

You'll need to earn and spend 4 leader points to get Stasis I on the leader wheel (cn_LT), and start using it immediately. From there put the next two points you earn into Power Surge. At level 2 it makes Stasis recharge in seconds. If you get any more points just upgrade Stasis for a wider range. Now just scan the map for enemy clusters to freeze and it should unlock quickly.

Note: Thanks to PaperCircle for mentioning your own units count towards the total, as well as the Mass Stasis power. Make as many infantry units as you can and huddle them together to make it faster.

PaperCircleYour own units count for this as well. Just make a ton of grunt squads and hit them with stasis and mass stasis until this pops.

I'd also imagine stasis mines work as well but they have to be triggered by an enemy.

Thanks! I'll add that to the solution.

Mr Qurplaconfirmed both regular stasis and mass stasis count towards the achievement when used on buildings

Note that it does not say Enemy units

So even your own units count. Make a bunch of grunts and level up and research so you get access to Stasis I and Mass Stasis. Both count towards the achievement however activate One at the time. Don't overlap the activity of the powers on the same group of units!

I wasn't going to write a solution for this... but..... smile

I found this method was faster than the other solutions and far less stressful.

    Use these settings:
    Any map
    Strongholds
    +10 pop per Stronghold point
    No Fog of War
Any helpful skulls, in particular Emperor Skull for the cooldown reduction. Although, I'm not sure how much it affects Strongholds...
EASY enemy AI. I picked Cutter. (He was first in the list)

    1. Start the game, make sure you select the Arbiter.
    2. Capture all Strongholds right away.
    3. Spam a force of grunts/suicide grunts and have them hang out near the enemy base.
    4. Build the Arbiter if you want and have him keep the enemy from expanding.
    5. Wait for the cooldowns. Stasis should take about 2 minutes, and Mass Stasis about 5 minutes to cooldown, so you should be able to do Stasis twice and Mass Stasis once in the first 5 minutes.
    6. Just spam your grunt/Elite army and have your global rally point(hold in on the RS) between the enemy base and your nearest Stronghold.
    7. Repeat Stasis and Mass Stasis on your army until the achievement pops! You can get a LOT with Mass Stasis.
Note: Thanks to Prophet of Lore, Stasis works on enemy buildings!

Just hang out, wait for the countdowns, spam cheap units, maybe play around with the Arbiter and try to have him easily get his anti-air kills while in Rage mode, that's super easy... or you can have him take back bases the enemy took. Or use other leader powers on the enemy for fun.... dance
DO NOT PUT THE ARBITER INTO STASIS! I think I glitched my game once and wasn't able to use Stasis after putting Arby into Statis.. LOL. If someone can confirm that doesn't glitch it let me know, but I know my stasis, in fact all leader powers stopped working after doing that by mistake. LOL!

That's all, really easy and stress free.

UK1VAwesome guides by everyone, its not mentioned anywhere but enemy buildings also count towards this achievement too! So even if you march your army to the enemy base you’ll rack up even more progression towards this achievement!
