    An assist occurs when you pass the ball to a teammate who then scores a basket right after the pass.

    It is pretty easy to record 22 of these with one player.

    Drive to about the 3 point arch with your designated assist player, then pass off to a teammate in the key. If the player you passed to scores, that is an assist.
