This achievement requires saving 100 civilians in patrol. You can access patrol from level 1 via the waypoint system. Patrol is basically a freeroam area where small events and bosses spawn regularly. For this achievement you need to find 100 people with an orange speech bubble with 3 dots in it above their heads and press A to rescue them. There are usually monsters by them, and sometimes trying to rescue them will start an event where monsters spawn and attack. It's important to note that they will leave if you take too long to rescue them, and I don't think those count.

They seem to spawn randomly, though I tend to find quite a few in the northeast corner of the area. However, they can spawn just about anywhere on the map. It's important to note that since patrol has tons of other players around, it can be hard to find people to rescue, so this may be easiest at night. Legendary quests will often task you with objectives in patrol. Patrol is also probably one of the best places to get gear, so you'll probably be here often. As a result I would suggest not going specifically for this achievement, and instead just rescuing people you come across while you do other things.

LunarKnightX stated that Squirrel Girl has an AoE confuse skill you can use to get the enemies off your back so you can rescue people without having to kill everything, so that's a very useful tip. I know Angela has one too, so Squirrel Girl isn't the only one that can do this.

LunarKnightXJust a small note, if you do just run around the map to more or less only go for this, Squirrel Girl has a large AoE confuse skill as one of her later skills. If you see troubled civilians you can confuse the nearby enemies and just walk over and rescue the people with zero hassle and move on without having to stop and fight.

geordiedeviantGreat tip LunarKnightX. I've also been using that AOE to just blast through missions where you need to interact with something/steal/repair/destroy.

Works wonderfully for the civs in Midtown as you say. +1 both of you. :)

GetToZeChoppa79Hi guys can I ask if this is done on one visit or is it cumulative over multiple visits ?

PBreezeyThe problem I have had on this achievement is other people rescuing the civilians. I do all the work and save them, but then a random guy walks up and talks to them first. Really annoying, but this achievement is more of an afterthought - not something you should try to grind, but just get eventually as you play through patrol - which you'll have to do to get the other achievements in this game.

LV 1 Blue SlimeIt can be done in multiple visits. I just rescued the people I came across when I got a legendary quest in patrol and got this eventually. @PBreezey try using confuse skills like LunarKnightX said, then you don't have to worry about killing the enemies.

Also added a note to the solution about confuse skills.

Wolfie McGA side note, some civilians are trapped under cars and upon lifting up the car you save one civilian. These civilians do not have the orange speech bubbles above their heads though.
