Here's how I approached this...

Level 60 with Super heroic unlocked and purple gear, ultimate ready.
Set the difficulty to normal and get a stopwatch (online or on your phone).

While it's on the loading screen start the stopwatch.
(yes this is a little early, but it's better than wasting seconds on a run through).

Once the level loads move a little in any direction and then use the travel power to run forwards and head over the bridge (moving a little first stops the travel power locking in a direction).

Once over the bridge enter the first room, the room layout changes every attempt but a general rule is to head right as soon as you can and keep going right, only head up or down if you have to, follow the boss indicator.

Once you get into the room with Shocker there will be a random arrangement of normal enemies, ignore them and aim at Shocker quickly hit cn_RB to lock him as your target.

If you can glance at the stopwatch if its above 35 seconds it's probably not worth doing, I wouldn't bother at all if it's above 40 seconds.

With Shocker as your target hit that ultimate power, then your signature power.

The rest is up to you, I ran through as Squirrel Girl and just used my never ending Squirrels.
Any power should be fine to finish him off, just hit him fast, hard and with everything you've got and he should quickly fall with a satisfying achievement pop.

This will probably take a few attempts depending on your gear and traits.
Use the stopwatch to keep an idea of how close you're getting.
Don't worry some of my attempts were very long, this tends to be down to the random route to the boss rather than skill.

Any question, just leave a comment.
