    Here is a list of quests you have to complete in order to get this achievement:
    • A Moment’s Respite
    • The Ruins of Cilant Lîs
    • The Gilded Vale
    • Visions and Whispers
    • The Old Watcher

    The achievement doesn't actually pop until you get to Defiance City, after completing The Old Watcher and starting toward the sixth quest -- Never Far From The Queen. Thanks to risseless and TheIcemanCometh for the information and confirmation.

    risselessThe achievement doesn't actually pop until you get to Defiance City, after completing The Old Watcher and starting toward the sixth quest -- Never Far From The Queen. It popped for me as I entered the Copperlane district from Aedelwan Bridge.

    CumberdanesThis achievement seemed borked for me along with at least one other. It didn’t ping when I got the little text log upon reaching Defiance Bay and I had to start another save file on a lower difficulty and just rush straight through Act 1 to make it ping.
