Suicidal you are able to do with people in a random multiplayer match. There are lots of "high level" players who still play and prefer this mode. It's a big challenge but also fun. Just hope you get good people and keep playing or follow the other commenters video.

    SOLO Guide; Luck is required

I used the same build @Nuada suggessted in his guide and a 4 wave run.
With a level 20+ berserker use the skills Skirmisher, Vampire, Resistance and Massacre. This provides damage resistance and healing on kill and over time.
And most importantly you run 25% faster while you have your perk-weapon in hand
The variation on his tactic lies in the choices of map (Carillon Hamlet) and weaponry (Katana and RPG-7).

Why Katana instead of Pulverizer? Why RPG-7 instead of Bone Crusher? Why those alterations?

The Pulverizer is strong against big-zeds but a)slow and b) a close range weapon.
With the Massacre-perk you want a super fast swinging weapon to maximise your DPS and the Katana is the fastes+highest-DPS melee-weapon.
    b) The RPG allows you to stayx out of range of the big zeds. Therefor you are not required to risk taking damage as you try to kill them.

The Bone Crusher allows you to block a portion of incoming damage, but is slightly slower than the Katana. If you swing fast enouth no small zed should even be able to hit you making the blocking obsultee. Also mixing in blocks inbetween strikes requires perfect timing ans a lot of skill. I would rather maximise a (easy to play) offensive and dont allow the enemy to cause damage than use a (hard to play) tactic that prevents a portion of incoming damage.

    Positioning:
In the center building (the one that is under construction) you can stay on the top floor and melee every enemy that comes up the stairs. On your left will be a bridge that has a drop-off to the road, use that to evade if you feel like it (I backed out of the house once I hit ~75HP, this way you cant be one hitted by normal mobs. If big Zeds spawn, dont wait for any health indicatior, Fleshpounds can one-swipe you).

    Evation route:
Once you have to run away, take an up-hill path and into "Horzine Rail" then straight on and right towards the buying-station. From there is a bridge to your right that enables you leave the building and head back into the center building.

    Example:

    Round 1:
Use your shovel to kill the enemies. If you are uncertain about your total money, you can leave a fat-zed alive and run around the map to pick up a random gundrop to sell(,but that is generaly speaking unnesassary.)

    Buy-phase 1:
Buy a Katana (850) and armor. If you have the money, upgrade (600 and +1) it ONCE (keep an eye on your load).

    Round 2:
Use your Katana to kill the enemies. And again: If you are uncertain about your total money, you can leave a fat-zed alive and run around the map to pick up a random gundrop to sell.

    Buy-phase 2:
Buy a RPG-7 (1500), ammo and armor. If you have the money, upgrade it (1500+1). You should have a Katana+1 and a RPG-7+1 now.

    Round 3:
Use your Katana to kill the small zeds. As soon as big Zeds spawn, try to evade their effective range as soon as possible. To kill them off, use your RPG-7.

    Buy-phase 3:
    Buy armor and ammo.

    Round 4:
Use your Katana to kill the small zeds. Kill of the big ones with the RPG-7.

    Buy-phase 4:
    Buy armor
Sell your Katana+1 and buy a Katana.
    Upgrade your RPG-7 to a RPG-7+2.

    Boss-round:
This is where the luck happens. Hope you get the Abomination (the fat guy).
    Abomination:
Try to hit it with the RPG. Depending on the bosses distance you can either reload instantly or equip the Katana to get some distance before reloading. You can easily kite him, but not his little vomited babys. Just let them hit you. With the Perks mentioned above you shoul regenerate health faster than they can take it.
Once you put enouth damage in normal Zeds should spawn in, dont waste RPG on them, take them out with the Katana.

    Movement
Again, use the Katana to gain distance and fire back at the boss. Your should run a path forming an "8" on the map. 1. Central builing->2. bridge->3. streets->4. main hall of the railstation -> 5. buy-station/bridge -> 6.drop-off and back to the street ->1. Central building. You should be able to get save shots off at 1,2,4,5 and sometimes 6.

    Ammunition:
I used to grab three ammo-boxes along the way, each providing t rockets:
    - the first is spawning inside the central builing on the middle floor/staircase.
    - the second is spawning in the main street, next to the red box
    - the last is spawning on the main hall of the railstation right at the bottom of the ramp leading to the buy-station.

    Matriarch:
Copy the tactic for the Abomination with two major alterations:
    1. DONT go to the railstation if her gun-hand is still attached, this weapon can one-hit you. Only kite her inside the central builing or go toward the railstation and turn right beside the green car and head into the house, trhough the house and then right again toward the street. You can go back into the central house again

    Other bosses:
Sadly, I dont have insight to the other bosses since they never approached for me.

If everything falls into place you can get this on the first try.
    Good Luck!

    _________
    COOP-Guide, Luck is also required

    Use the tactic provided above.
The first player uses a Berserker and does everything as stated above.
The second player uses a Demolitionist and focuses on the RPG/any weapon that suits him.
The Demolitionists main target are the big guys, nothing else realy... but he can help with a smaller arm/one that does not use up to much ammo.
