What does Seismic Slam do?
Seismic Slam is bound to Doomfist's Ability 2 which is cn_RB by default.
Seismic Slam is an ability that lets Doomfist leap and do damage (10-125) in a small cone in front of him (similar to Reinhardt's Earthshatter, but much smaller) with the damage depending on the time he was in the air. This will also knock enemies into Doomfist and has a 7 second cooldown. While you cannot move after the ability is activated, you can turn the camera.

From Ground/Jump
Using Seismic Slam while on the ground will always send you the same distance and do the same damage no matter your horizontal movement (the direction you're walking). Jumping will net you about 6-7 more damage and a bit more distance as long as you still have ground relatively close to your feet. In both of these cases, your angle of elevation does not matter (i.e. whether you're looking at the floor or the ceiling.)

While Airborne
Using Seismic Slam while you are airborne will cause it to take your angle of elevation into account and can send you various distances with various amount of damage. You will also not be able to use Seismic Slam in some cases.

Using Rising Uppercut
You can use Rising Uppercut (Ability 2 bound to cn_LB by default) to gain 8-10 more damage, but this can be tricky. Rising Uppercut causes you to go airborne and will not let you Seismic Slam unless you have a target close by (which in my testing, this damage cannot go to 125 because of this restriction). But if you spam cn_RB (or time it correctly) you will get the jumping Seismic Slam that ignores angle of elevation and does 2-3 more damage than a regular jump.

Using Sloped Surfaces
Is you are able to leap onto a sloped surface (one that you cannot stand on), Seismic Slam will not be used and it will get you more than enough power to reach 125.

How do I unlock Air Strike?
You have to get a killing blow with a fully power (125) Seismic Slam. This can only be done with in a handful of places. I find that the first part of Watchpoint: Gibraltar (or the airplane in the hangar) and Hanamura are great places to get this. I'm currently testing where 125 damage is possible and will put up a video once I complete it.
