To add to Billz' solution, you can actually use the same thing, I used Your mother, multiple times in the same insult. Playing against a second controller, you can have one player submit their answer right away, while the other play selects as many "and" and "your mother" prompts as possible in the same insult using (...) to continue when necessary.
Using this method, I found it took most of the luck needed to properly get this one.
