  I got this in Chapter 10 i think when you're playing as Parker and you run into 3 hunters in the promenade deck. I shot everyone about two times with my shotgun and then threw all my shock grenades at them. It did take me a few tries.
  
  Another solution is on Infernal difficulty in Chapter 5 a lot of piranhas are in certain areas so just pop a shock and you should get it

  This is the best. Start of chapter 10 although on normal you need to shotgun then three times for this to work and then go into the kitchen and wait until the Scharmiglioni (shield and sword guy) gets there as he hates the electricity due to the armour so you are more likely to get it if he is involved too.

  A very easy place for this is at the very start of Chapter 9 while you're controlling the 2 comedy sidekick dudes.
  
  After a couple of small rooms and a couple of easy enemies you enter a large room where you need to flip 2 generator switches... BEFORE doing that, investigate the room to find some shock grenades and notice a platform you can climb to on the left, then...
  
  1. FLIP THE SWITCHES AND GET UP ON THE PLATFORM
  
  2. WAIT FOR A FEW WOLVES TO JUMP UP WITH YOU
  
  3. THROW A SHOCK GRENADE AT THE WALL AMONGST THEM = ACHIEVEMENT GET! 🙂👍
  
  If you mess up just restart checkpoint, skip cutscenes and you can try again in a minute or so.

  The earliest you can unlock this achievement is episode 5-2. Once you get to the engine room, you will have to reach the control panel on the opposite side of the room. As you make your way toward this objective, you will enter a room with a large safe with missing gear on the wall. Keep the enemies in this room alive for the achievement. Run past the enemies to the next set of stairs, at the top there will be a breakable wooden box with a shock grenade is inside. Run back down the stairs, group the fish enemies, toss the grenade, and you got the achievement. If you miss, restart checkpoint.
