  This achievement requires 6500 newbucks.
  
  First, you are going to want to buy each of these three items on plot of land on your ranch. Go up to the green button on the corner of a plot a hit . Here you can select 1 of 6 different types of things to build on your ranch. Buy a Corral for 250 newbucks on one plot, a Coop for another 250 newbucks on a different plot, and finally a Silo for 450 newbucks on a last plot.
  
  Then you need to go back to the green button on each of the plots with things on them and upgrade them fully. The Corral is going to cost 2550 to upgrade fully, The Coop is a total of 1275 newbucks and the Silo is 1725.
  
  Once all three have been fully upgraded, you achievement should pop.

  Do all three have to be on the main starting part, or can they be split between the expansions?

  Just like "Salad Bar", "Fruit Cocktail" and pretty much any achievement with on the Ranch in its description, refers to any of the 8 "square slots" in the initial spawn area (house) of the game.

  @Leyendapersonal they must have updated the game, I got Salad Bar and Fruit Cocktail in expanded areas, not the main area with the house and marketboard

  For this achievement you'll need to buy a corral, coop, and silo, and all available upgrades for each of the three. All of these, as well as their prices, are as follows.
  
  Corral (250 n):
  High Walls - 350 n
  Music Box - 350 n
  Air Net - 425 n
  Solar Shield - 425 n
  Plort Collector - 500 n
  Auto Feeder - 500 n
  Total - 2,800 n
  
  Coop (250 n):
  High Walls - 350 n
  Spring Grass - 425 n
  Vitamizer - 500 n
  Total - 1,525 n
  
  Silo (450 n):
  2nd port - 500 n
  3rd port - 575 n
  4th port - 650 n
  Total - 2175 n
  
  That brings the grand total to 6,500 Newbucks. This is a relatively small amount and shouldn't require any special focus to accomplish. Hope this helps!
