How to unlock the All the Bells and Whistles achievement

    This is done by purchasing all the upgrades from Relic at the ARK. Some are more useful than others, but for the sake of this achievement the order doesn't matter. You'll need up to $200,000 for the most expensive upgrade, and somewhere on the order of $4 million or so total.

    I was able to get this before even beating the game, having done all the agent-specific side missions and minimal exploring beyond that. You will need to do some Relic Trading Company missions to increase the amount of money per minute you earn. These can be found on the Mission select area or the world map when in Seoul.

    Playing on higher difficulty levels provides more cash rewards, but I usually play on 7 or 8 and got this without issue. If you need to save money, don't buy Gremlin tech or craft LEGION tech upgrades from the R&D Lab until you have this.

    Edit: per Brasshande, you need to have your Ark at level 18 to get the last tier of upgrades to purchase for the achievement.

    HVAC BabaI got all of the upgrades, yet the achievement did not pop. I can't find any other cases of people having this one glitch on them so I might be missing something. I have no idea what it could be because I do have all of the upgrades.
    Seriously I had 2 achievements glitch on me in Saints IV, I hope this one is fine

    BrasshandeYou need to be Level 18 of the Ark to unlock the last tier of upgrades, not particularly difficult to be honest, but worth pointing out
