Head into a Play Live match from the main menu and choose the custom game option. Pick the teams playing (recommended a higher team overall vs a much lower), and choose rookie difficulty.
In the match settings, change it to around 1 or 2 minute quarters and try to get at least one or both missed field goals in the first half. You should be able to hold off the defense of almost any team on rookie. Try to be in FG range and burn clock until the end. Make sure to save a timeout or spike the ball  with 10 or less sec in 4th qtr, to kick your 3rd and game winning field goal. |
