    when you click on new game you will start in a room with a fireplace and the candle is on the small table to the right once the game has started. once you have the candle go up to the fireplace hold B to crouch to light your candy.

    DarkR PhantomTry a hard reset? Or start up a new game? Or maybe uninstall the game and reinstall and try again? Hopefully that might help.
