How to unlock the VANGUARD achievement

Found a little trick to help save some time unlocking all of the Level 1 class ships. WARNING, if attempting this method, this should be the first thing you do before diving it anything else!
Load up the game and start Career Mode. Pick the ship needed to unlock achievement. Once Achievement is unlocked, go into Manage Game & Addons. Delete saved data from EVERYWHERE (hence why this should be done first). Sometimes you have to delete data from everywhere a second time before it deletes. Deleting just local save does not work as the game automatically restores save from cloud without any option to cancel save.
Boot game back up, and rinse and repeat with other ships needed for achievements.

Very strange, I can't delete my save data. I have done for other games in the past exactly as you've described but for some reason since trying for this solution, I can't delete my cloud save data, only local.

Sometime when you hit delete, it takes a bit to fully erase. If that doesnt work sometimes I find hard resetting console helps. Lastly, try going offline and delete local files first, when sync cloud save, hit cancel immediately
