  Hello guys !
  
  For unlocking this one a used the slingshot with Martha 3 times during the stay at Earlcastle (Chapter Three) and gave the slingshot to her in the monastery (Chapter Five).
  
  I'm not sure if you need to play the QTE 3 times or less during the chapter 3,but that's how it worked for me.Feel free to comment my guide if you have another solutions about this cheevo ! :)

  Chapter 3
  
  Martha is standing in front of a well
  
  Equip the SLingshot then press to show her how to use it.
  A quick time even will appear with two green bars, hit 1 of the green bars
  Martha will ask you to do it again
  hit the second of the green bars
  After this press again and show Martha a third time
  Another QTE appears this time with 4 green bars, you must hit all 4 of the green bars.
  
  Chapter 5
  Matha is sat in front of the Cathedral, give her the slingshot and the achievement will unlock
