Since there is no "trick" to doing this achievement easily I will just give some pointers on how to go about doing this as easily as possible.

If you understand masters and hideouts already then skip to Part 2.

Part 1

Masters cap at level 8.

This will require roughly 1.5 million reputation to level from 1 to 8 with level 7 to 8 being the largest chuck and averages about 650,000 rep required. Zana is slightly different in the fact that she will require more reputation than the others hitting closer to 2 million rep to go from 1 to 8.

Master progression is account wide.

Masters are the guys that you find randomly in areas that give you a quest to complete which gives them exp. Once you have met each one for the first time they will end up in one to two of the different acts. Most masters have two acts in which you can find them standing around the city. Some cities will have more than one master in it as well.

Once you've met a master and gotten him/her to level 3 by doing quests for them when you meet them out in the world. You can talk to them in town and create a hideout.

You can only have one hideout per account and all the masters will be the same in every hideout on your account.

Your level 3 hideout will allow you to have 2 masters. For each master that you have in your hideout you get 1 daily quest for each. The daily quests award roughly 250% of the exp that you get for finding them in the field.

First off, it's important to know that in order to get a master to come to your hideout, they must be at least level two and you must already have a hideout. Otherwise they need to be level 3 so you can use them to create your hideout.

Once you have a hideout find another master of at least level 2 and invite them.

From this point you want to level the master who gave you your hideout. Once they get to level 5 you can speak with them to upgrade the hide out and invite 2 more masters to your hideout and have access to their daily quests as well. At level 7 on your hideout's master you can invite all the masters in the game to your hideout after upgrading it to large. I suggest avoiding the PVP master.

Part 2

A few tips to help you get master xp faster. Get as many friends as you can and do daily quest group grinds. If you invite 5 other players into your hideout and start your daily mission then those 5 people can go into the mission with you. All 6 of you will get exp. The person who owns the hideout will get the daily xp bonus. The other 5 people will just get the regular amount of xp as if you found the master in the world randomly. Once you complete all the daily quests in your hideout, go to someone else's hideout and do all theirs.

This will net you 1 daily quest worth of xp and 5 normal encounter xp per master that you do this fore.

The second tip is to post up in the LFG system on xbox live that you are looking for master daily quests and willing to pay some currency per master. You will usually get a lot of people willing to bring you along to their quests in order to get the currency. Mileage will vary from day to day and certain time windows.

The third tip will be for people who've finished act 10. Use the master Zana in your hideout as soon as you get her to level 2. You will find her by the map device in the epilogue. Two reasons to make sure to get her in your hideout ASAP. You will not find her randomly in the world so you must do daily quests or find her inside maps in order to level her. Also her daily quest is done in a special map where sometimes the objective is to find the master in that zone and do their quest. This means that you get exp for two masters from one quest.

The fourth tip which is probably fairly obvious is to find zones that you have encountered masters in before and run them repeatedly. For those whom are unaware. If you are outside of a zone and walk up to the entrance and press Y instead of A to go in. It will bring up a window that will allow you to reset that zone to get a fresh map. I highly suggest doing this once you get to act 10. Use "The Ravaged Square" waypoint which will take you straight to The Ossuary. This zone is fairly easy for a late game zone. Most classes shouldn't have much problem clearing this zone. Masters pop up in here fairly regularly and it's good experience until about level 78 or so. Once you finish the map, town portal back, sell all your stuff and waypoint back to the ossuary and reset the zone before you go in.

The last tip. If you do not yet have a max level hideout so that all the masters are in your hideout then there is a very small bonus that you can get. If you dismiss a master in your hideout and then go and invite a new master you can do another daily quest for that master. The negative is that when you dismiss a master you lose all the current level xp that this master has. The work around is that you can dismiss a master that JUST leveled since he basically has zero exp in his current level then you won't lose much. Don't worry about the work benches for the masters that you dismiss. They will still be there if you already got them from the master. They will still work and if you happen to level up the master from random encounters then the workbench will reflect this.

Sorry for being long winded, but I wanted to make sure I explained everything well. I hope this helps out with the long grind. >.<
