  So after clicking A to interact with the arcade i needed to press A again to start the game and then B to back out to get the achievement to unlock. Just clicking A to interact with the arcade and then B to back out did not unlock the achievement for me.

  You can do this near the start of the game when you get to your dive bar job and turn on the lights, there is an arcade machine in the room that you can interact with, just interacting nets this achievement.
  
  If you missed it this time. you can get this achievement it in the Nightclub later as it also had an arcade machine.
  
  Also when you're finished with the game you can go back to mirage from the main menu where you can still interact with the arcade machine.
