This is a fairly easy achievement and shouldn't take you much time at all.

Here's 2 versions of this solution...

TL:DR Version --

Start a new be a pro career. Choose to start as 18 years old in the CHL. Turn simming penalty off in the settings and sim through 1 season. Enter the draft/get drafted and the achievement will pop.

Full details version --

To start this, I loaded a new Be-A-Pro career, and started as a Center. When the game asks where you would like to begin your career, choose CHL (should be the option to the far right). At this point you'll be given the option to choose your starting age.

If you want to bust through this achievement quickly in only one season, choose 18.

If you want to get this achievement after a few seasons played but also be well on your way to another one, choose 15. This will be the best starting point to work toward your 90 OVR player in be a pro. But you won't earn your CHL drafted achievement for 4 seasons this way.

You can choose a team you want to play for. I chose the Erie Otters (for no particular reason). Make sure you go into the Be A Pro settings and turn off the simming penalty. This will make sure your player keeps gaining exp as you sim games.

Finally we're ready to go. Once you get to the be a pro home screen, go to your calendar, find March and find your last game on the calendar. Choose the day after that, Press cn_A and choose sim to this date.

Now the game will start simulating games on the way to that date you chose. Every now and then you'll get notifications that pop up. One of the first you'll get is going to be for your weekly XP reminder. If you haven't already turned this off in the settings, you can press a button to "dismiss and never show again". I believe the button is cn_X, but look at the bottom and it'll tell you to be sure.

You'll still have to be by the game to press cn_A each time you move up or down in the lines or when someone is injured or returning from injury. I haven't found a way to turn that off yet.

Eventually you'll make it to the end of the year. In my case, the team missed the playoffs by 3 points, so I could sim right to the draft. If you have playoff games, go into the calendar again and sim past them. eventually you can go to the calendar once the season is over, choose a few months forward and look for the pink box on the calendar (entry draft). Sim to this date, start the draft and the achievement should pop.

Obviously if you chose the longer route in the beginning, you'll have to play through a few more years before you get to that point. But the process will still be the same.

Good luck and have fun!
