  When you open your starter pack you will receive 3 HUT Tips collectible items.
  
  From here go to Sets and you can trade them in to complete a set that will give you a pack with the other 12 tips.
  
  Pretty much a gimmie.
  
  Update: because in the comments it was asked for clarification...
  
  Go to sets, scroll over to the big thing that states HUT TIPS and click into it. Then select the first HUT Tips trade box(should say 0/3 in top right of box). Click in on one of the 3 pieces on the right side of the screen and hit search. Choose the 3 tips you have and send them to the set. Boom.

  I don’t see where i can ‘’trade’’ these items. Can you provide a screenshot ?
