This can be done with 2 controlers in training. Get your opponent down to their last life bar, then repeatedly hit them with Shuriken (X), this will get your chakra bar full and set you on fire. When your opponent is low on health, perform the Ultimate Jutsu with Y,Y,B. After it hits the summary screen after they are defeated it should pop.
