This achievement will unlock when any type of sword is made. Planks are not required for the unlock.

    Difficulty: Easy
    Requirements:     2 wooden planks, 1 wooden stick and a crafting table
    What to do: You should already have a crafting table some wooden planks. Create wooden sticks from 2 wooden planks. Then create a sword by using the crafting table. You will need 2 wooden planks and 1 stick for a sword.

    Craft a wooden sword. 2 wood plank of any type and stick

    This achievement requires that you use wood

    -Mine some logs (2 logs minimum) cn_RT
    -Open your inventory cn_Y
    -Turn the logs into planks. Use 2 planks and craft sticks. Use 4 planks and craft a workbench.
    -Place the workbench cn_LT and open it cn_LT
    -Place a stick on the bottom middle square. Then place two planks directly above the stick.
    -Craft the sword
