    A wither is spawned by placing 4 soul sand blocks in the form of a T, with 3 wither skulls on top of the upper 3 blocks.

    All of these ingredients are found in the nether. Soul sand is everywhere- it is brown and slows you down when you walk on it.

    Wither skulls are very rarely dropped by wither skeletons. These skeletons are found in nether fortresses. They are dark gray and carry swords instead of bows. You will have to kill a lot of wither skeletons to get 3 skulls. A looting sword may be able to help, but it will still take a long time.

    The chest in the tutorial world is straight back. Its the double chest with all the wool in it just before you get to the Elytra wings. There are 5 wither skulls on the far left 3rd row down.

    RR7 DFI have converted an existing world which had wither skulls in it, when trying to spawn the Wither, it is not working. Maybe have to find more skulls from new version of game. Wish me luck :)

    DixxxxxonMan, I've cleared out three nether fortresses (two of them twice now) and haven't found a single skull yet. I must have killed 40 wither skeletons by this point. Such a grind :(

    RadiantFoal2082Anyone else having achievements keep bugging? my friend had them stop unlocking for a few days, then they started again, then after spending hours getting these skulls when i went and spawned and killed the wither i got neither achievement and now they're working again after wasting all my skulls already

    x360 4br4h4m5Can confirm that everyone present will get the achievement regardless of who places the skulls. Everyone will get the one for killing him too regardless of who deals the final blow
