How to unlock the The 1% club achievement

    It turns out this is actually easier than it was in F1 2016.

    Head to Grand Prix and select the following:

    > Track: Monza
    > Weather: Clear
    > Race Length: 25%
    > Rules and Flags: Off
    > AI Difficulty: 101 to 110 (Ultimate)

    Select a classic car you're comfortable with driving (I suggest the Ferrari F2004). If using Modern F1 Cars select a Mercedes and you'll start near the front.

    Use whatever Assists you like and have Flashback enabled just incase something goes wrong.

    The above event setup will let you cut corners without getting penalised, the most obvious benefit being the first chicane. AI drivers will still take the normal racing line which means you will gain several seconds a lap on them every time.

    A 25% race with these settings will take you about 15 minutes to complete.

    VithzeralA couple of additions to this solution. Obviously turn off the auto braking in assists so you can cut the corners at speed. Also if you can cause a bit of chaos at the first turn and get the safety car out then you can just blow by it and get a half lap lead or more (make sure it's turned on in options).

    SPACE ODDITYI think Canada is a better track to use, I ended up lapping every car. Thumbs up :)

    This Achievement is just as easy as in F1 2016

    -Start a Grand Prix at Monaco as Lewis Hamilton. (Modern cars)
    -Select No Qualifying and 25% Race distance.
    -And ofcourse AI Difficultiy : Ultimate
    -Set the Weather to light Rain. (is on the next screen press RB twice to get to it)

    You can have all assists on if you want when you're ready start the Race.

    Try to be first at the first corner and you should not have to much problems winning.
    The AI doesnt try to overtake that much so you could be a lil slow if you want.
    But dont be to slow at start/finish & the tunnel because thats the only points where they tried to overtake me.
    You dont have to pit because of the rain.
    Rewinding does not affect the achievement.

    This should take about 25-35 minutes.

    WhazzupwifatThis game's bullshit. I ran out of fuel on the last lap (20) going thru the tunnel. Not even funny. So I went to Monza in the rain as Hamilton, straightlined the first corner as they all wrecked behind me. Virtual Safety Car came out so I stayed up it and gained a lead of half a lap. Had a stress free run and won by over 20 seconds with 2 laps of fuel remaining. Oh yer, i also got the achievement.
