There's a really simple way to get this without running the course to catch the sentry orb. Mount your tank bot as usual in the starting block and wait for the race to start. Just ahead of you you'll see the orb spawn on a circle at the end of a short piece of track. When the race starts dismount and stand on the circle where the orb spawned. Eventually you'll get a message stating that the orb escaped followed by another indicating that you captured it. It turns out that when it escapes it returns to the circle so because you're waiting there you catch it.Head back to the door, let the orb open it and complete the dungeon.
