  You can earn this achievement on the Celtic Seas boss level after the 10 star gate.
  From the start go North to Scotland, West to the 10 star door and continue to Celtic Sea.
  
  You need to avoid the fire balls that the dragon spits at you. The small tentacles in the water don't do much (or any?) damage.
  You have to hit the Dragon in the face twice to complete the level (on easy).
