When you have 200 different troops / cards it will pop up.If you already have that amount it will unlock when going into the main menu menu (that comes with the last update from august 30th, 2017, TU5 Patch 3.1)Showing most recent comments. Noticed Gems of War said 95% so figured new achievements. Clicked on the game in the app to check and it unlocked. Sadly each time that they update the game usually mess up some previous achievement.
