Objective
You perform "Pass Skills" when you overtake other drivers/cars during a race.
Performing a "Pass Skills", but losing your combo multiplier shortly after doesn't affect your progress on the challenge tracker. Meaning, you won't have to "bank" it to make it count.
Doing 5 of these skills will unlock the challenge and reward you with some XP for your efforts.
