    Start a new manager career (I chose real madrid) and from the start put at least 5 of your own players on the transfer list. Simulate until you get an offer to purchase. Then negiotate and it should give you an option add sell on Clause. Choose this and set it to 1%. Make the deal and simulate a few days ahead to pop your achievement.
