    How I got this.

    Start new manager career with Real Madrid. Look up Arjen Robben on the transfer list and bid 68 million for him. Bayern Munich should agree to this. Then you can start the negotiations with Robben. Just agree all his demands and dont put a clausule on him. After the deal's done the achievement pops.
