    I just wanted to mention that even if you loose the race and you haven't destroyed all other vehicles then you can just wait at a section of the map and keep blowing up the vehicles as they keep coming round even when the have completed all laps, I did this and got the achievement as soon as I destroyed the last one and you can also get this in a online race setup with bots.
    Hope this helps others.

    KugareAwesome solution! I did this "legit" in 3 rounds at the bottom center event of the battle saison 1. It's the snowy race track and all the enemys are pretty slow and easy to kill. A full grid have 8 cars total and the achievement pops right after killing all the other cars. Just try to remember which cars you already killed.
