Fairly easy with 2 controllers and a tiny bit of practice:
Got to the Extras tab and then go to edit, from there choose edit player and edit the FK taker for whatever team you want to play as (Eriksen at 'NE London' for me) and up all of his ability stats all the way so he has a 109 opr. After that go and edit the GK for the team you're going to play against (I did South Norwood since they only have 2 GK's to edit) and drop down all their ability stats until they're rated 40.
After that go to play now and choose exhibition, choose your teams, and make sure live update is turned off. Before selecting kick off go to general settings and set the match length to whatever you're comfortable with and then start the game.
Once in the match just use your second controller to keep fouling your 1st controllers team and try and score a free kick from 30M+. The achievement should pop as your player wheels away in celebration.
Edit: Thanks to the Bunk 187 for commenting saying that you can make opposition keepers 4 foot tall in the edit player section too. Making the whole thing a lot easier.
