  Actions

  This took me a few tries.
  At the end of Mission 3 when you go back to the Carriage there's two enemies standing by it Stealth Kill the one farthest away from the Balcony then Fast Teleport on top of the Carriage, make a Save, Hold RT & Aim at the enemy standing by the Balcony release RT, make sure he falls off the balcony & the achievement is yours.

  Knocked someone unconcuios, put him on an edge somewhere and attacked him with Void strike. my man didn't even fall over the edge and It just popped lol

  I tried many times with an unconscious enemy but it didn't work. I found a much easier spot for a conscious opponent at the beginning of Mission 4. Get up to the bar balcony and wait for the Abbey men to blow open the door. One of them always walks out to the balcony and you can blast him over the edge before he even sees you.

  The guards by the carriage in mission 3 don't spawn if you use the skiff to start the mission. If you're like me and took the skiff, the guard that patrols in front of the bank works. Hide behind the pillar in front of the bank doors, blast him down the stairs with a void strike, and that was enough for me to kill him and unlock the achievement - at least on medium diff.

  I found the easiest way to do this, as I took the skiff and had trouble getting guards to follow me and then get knocked off, was during the last mission.
  
  Sneak your way towards the entrance to the eye, and leave everyone alone. From the stairway up to the three cultists talking about books you can foresight and then displace into the top ledge. Turn back to face the library, you can displace into a ledge in that bookcase right in front of you, walk to the edge, peak around the corner, and give that cultist hanging out on the railing the old what for.
  
  It took a moment to pop, but I was able to get it on the first try.

  I was working my way through the quarry to get to this area when I realised the cultist standing on the roof in one of the earliest areas was worth a shot. Quite easy to sneak around, get on the roof and give her a seeing to with void strike. (Save first), worked first time for me.

  Mission 4, on the roof terrace with the Oracular Sisters. step on the ledge out the door and use Foresight to get to the banners above the podium. Leave a displace mark at the top of either one. Then hop up there before doing anything to them.
  
  One of the sisters is leaning up against the railing, with a huge drop below. Aim, charge, and Void Strike her over the edge.
  
  Take note, the other sisters will immediately know you're there. If you're going for the Shadow achievement, make sure to save before attempting this. When you're spotted after the achievement pops, you can always reload the save and still have the achievement.
  
  (Note: I did this on the PC version.)
