Players
You as Greeks
computer player (easiest difficulty) as Aztecs (but it doesn't really matter)

Fill your University with 7 scholars

Start off focusing exclusively on research.
Order of importance (when available, you will need to research a certain number of other techs to unlock each age upgrade):
Age Upgrade (Until Modern)
Literacy/Printing/etc (at university)
Science (Max)
Military (Until 6)
Then whichever is lower of commerce/civics

Once you get to the industrial age go ahead and build 4 airstrips while you are waiting, and set their rally points to the enemies territory right by their capital.
Once you get to the modern age, you should be able to build helicopters, so go ahead and queue up about 10 at each airstrip.

Your helicopters should automatically start heading over and wreaking havoc.
While they do that, you can finish upgrading military to 7, commerce/civics to 6, and then to the information age. (You may need to wait a little while for knowledge to accumulate here.)
This will unlock the attack helicopter upgrade at the airbase. Get it.

If the enemy's buildings are not all destroyed by now you can go micromanage the helicopters and tell them what to attack. You should eventually have them down to just the city centers (one or two of them).
Park 4 helicopters over each and destroy the rest. (Select all the ones you want to destroy and hit delete repeatedly). The AI is basically stuck now.

Build a barracks and send an infantry unit to each enemy city except the capital and then destroy the helicopters that were guarding it.

You just need to do a bit more setup now then let it sit.

Your goal is to have an income of +999 for all 6 resources.
To increase your cap to 999, you need to finish researching commerce/civics to 7 then "Global Prosperity", the final commerce tech.

Build more cities as needed (you should be able to cap all 6 with 5 or 6 cities), near trees and hills if you need more wood/metal respectively.
Within them you will need...
For Food:
farms
granaries (do the research that increases income here as well)

For Wood:
lumber camps
saw mills (do the research that increases income here as well)

For Metal:
mines
smelters (do the research that increases income here as well)
angkor wat(optional)

For Oil:
oil wells
refineries
eiffel tower (optional)

For Knowledge:
Universities (don't forget to build the scholars at each)

For gold:
marketplaces
temples (research the taxation and border size increase here)
some wonders are helpful (colossus, porcelain tower, taj mahal)

Go take a nap or something, wait an hour or so. Once your resources add up to over a million (you may want it get to 1.1M to account for any starting resource you have left), you can capture the enemies last city.
