How to unlock the Skilled achievement

Go to Tools & Extras, then skill test, then pick "Aging Madness - Age 2".
Research science 1, then once it is DONE, research commerce 1. As soon as you have enough wood, have one of your woodcutting citizens build a new farm.
You should soon have enough food to research age 2.
This will probably get you under a minute, but you only need to beat 2:15.

Strange. I did as you said, completed the quest but the achievement didn't unlock...

and it shows your time under 2:15? That's odd

I had the same as CaptainAde. I started the test back up, and as soon as it loaded the cheevo popped for me.

Same thing happened to me as Dom2096. Restarted and it immediately popped. Otherwise, excellent instructions.
