    This one is for dying in every possible way. I'm not sure if this is for just one playthrough or not. But if you want to get it, here are the ways you need to set about dying.

    Horrifically, of course.

    Here's the thing: I definitely did not die in every possible way; rather, after dying the same way three times (accidentally), it popped. Therefore I don't know if this is cumulative deaths or what exactly.

    Arm (Near Knight Armor)
    Headless Chicken
    Poo to Death
    Toilet Worm (Don’t Mash cn_A)
